NojianxAshibi is a Japanese restaurant that delivers real Japanese taste, from original menus to classic Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, and tempura. We also have a wide selection of soba menus, such as authentic 100% soba and Yamagata meat soba with plenty of meat on top.
Inside of the store makes you feel the calmness of Japanese people, which makes you feel like you are in Japan since the moment you step in. The store has 160 seats, it is quite spacious place where you can relax comfortably, so there are many business people came to visit here. There are 11 private rooms, perfect for families with children or when you don’t want to worry about the surroundings when having meal with your friends. The soba we are proud of, made from special buckwheat flour carefully cultivated by a Japanese farmer in Chiang Rai. It is a must-try dish that started from the soil in the mountains.
